Who else has their heating on?

July sure hasn't been the warmest month where I am that's for sure!

My house is on the older side, being built in 1899 and we haven't converted it to modern electric heating and still require oil to heat the place. The tank was full at the start of last winter but had to top up again earlier in the year and the supplies are dwindling once more.

It is once again a cold morning here so the heating is on.

    The highest temperature ever recorded in each country of the UK was either in 2021 or 22. Of the 10 hottest days in UK history, 7 are in the last 20 years and 4 are in the last 5 years. 

    Lying to ourselves might make us feel better right now, but every year people spend in denial takes us closer to the point where all the positive actions possible won't undo the damage we've done to the world.

    its not even climate change to fault... do you know the magnetic poles are changing or reversing? ... do you understand we dont know what this means but last time it may have happened could have been when the sahara went from being a forest to a desert? the world changes, the axis and magnetic poles change, and with that the spaces where each climate was shifts... so the sahara could end up in europe and making europe into the next sahara.,.. but thats not climate change, that is axial tilt and magnetic pole changes.... we cant stop that too, perhaps..... china has mad a magnet as strong as earths magnetic core so perhaps they seek to change or stop it somehow?
