Daughter just had first driving lesson

Still can't believe this but I thought I'd share this amazing achievement since most of the time I'm needing help.

She is so proud of herself and this is what she said to me that her instructor told her:

She learnt all the basics, clutch control, spacial awareness, using the pedals, steering. Her instructor let her on the road and drive herself home. The roads near us are all bendy and narrow, forest roads with animals, and main busy roads with crossroads and traffic lights. For her first time that's impressive.

Apparently she only stalled 3 times, impressive and is her instructor's best learner and did so much more than others would do in their first lesson. She's very good at listening to him and he said she's a natural. She was very confident, no nerves, and he even asked if she'd done this before and didn't believe it when she said she hadn't.

Driving has always been her special interest and usually you would have children glued to technology during car rides but she has always been looking at the road, signs, traffic lights, even gears and pedals.

I am so flipping proud of her
