Mine is clapping my hands and tapping my toes on the floor.
I bite my tongue.
Also, I twiddle with elastic bands; or strings.
If I forget my spinners and pops when I go out I end up rubbing my finger tips into my palms (c), swaying (c), leg bouncing (c), rocking (u), and flapping (r), teeth grinding(r), etc.(c = common, u = uncommo, r = rare)
I don't like to bite my lips/inside of cheeks, but I do it.
For things that actually make me feel good it's playing with my hair, knitting needles and rubbing those kinda silky clothes labels.
I like to clap my hands as well.
Also biting my hair and lips.
