Sleep

My daughter is currently on the pathway… and I am at my wits end of her not sleeping. She’s almost 8, struggles with severe anxiety and separation from me. I can’t even put a foot on the floor without her waking up panicking. It takes her 3 hours to fall asleep and it’s just getting worse and worse. Anyone got any advice im slowly loosing it…

  • I find my sleep is affected by what has happened during the day. I get my best night's sleep when I have exercised vigorously for around 1 hour, including warm-up and drop-down, followed by a warm shower/bath. This needs to be early evening at the latest, and outdoors for preference. For me yoga is also good and meditation helpful as are relaxation techniques.
