Making friends

I've been trying to make more friends but it's so difficult because no one wants me as I am. I have to be like them to fit in and be friends with them and it's exhausting. 

So now I'm always trying to have their sort of hair style, listen to their sort of music. Just fit in I guess. But it's not really me.

  • Hi. The performance we put on can feel so fake, almost dishonest at times.  Before i knew i am autistic, it led me to stop socialising irl. I guess many on here are in a similar situation. So if you notice people on here you think you may get on with, im sure they would be happy for yiu to reach out .. and see how it goes.
