Tina Turner Died

TBH I only discovered the other day that Ray Liotta had died, I was surprised I got the news about Tina Turner more or less "immediately", I usually get concerned thinking "hmmm I haven't seen or heard anything about _____ for a while" only to discover after I google them up that they died years ago.

Let’s all plan to live forever, or die trying. 

I don't know much about her just know my mum is//was a huge fan. I liked her hero song. Sad though just reminds me I'm not going to live forever.

Oh that’s sad. She seemed like one of those people who’d be around forever, even if retired and low profile of late. Not a massive fan of her music, but she was a one off. Iconic. 

She sang 'Proud Mary' - originally by Clearance Clearwater Revival - and John Fogerty - of CCR - played the 3 Arena, in Dublin, last night.

In the end, Tina had Cancer, but ultimately it was the Drugs and Booze which killed her.
