Making a will

Hi,

First time on the forum so a cheery hello to everyone from sunny Devon Smile

We have a beautiful thirteen year old boy. my wife and I constantly worry about his future so we have been planning ahead and are trying to put things in place in case anything happens to us.

We have twice seen solicitors regarding a will but are left confused and bewildered, does anyone have experience of dealing with this issue or could you please point us in the right direction, we would be most grateful.

Thanks in advance

Out of interest and curiosity, what was it that left you confused and bewildered exactly?

Pardon my asking.  Coincidentally, my parents told me recently that I should make a will and they too have been consulting with their solicitor regarding one or two related issues.
