It's raining where I am.

Rain is meant to be soothing. I don't find it particularly soothing, maybe it would be if I could hear it. 

I like how it leaves droplets on leaves and the windows.

I don't like how it makes you cold and shivery if you're out in it. I hate how rain can run up my coat and send chills.

What are your rain likes and dislikes?

As a child I would run and jump in the rain, make big splashes in the puddles. Some days I would turn up to school soaked :D

  • I love rain. A day of heavy rain when you’re cosy indoors reading a book or watching a dvd can be such a pleasurable thing for me. Separated by inches and glass from the wildness outside. 
     
    Cold crisp dry weather can be nice too of course, or a gently warm sunny day. Without contrasts, how would we appreciate anything?
