What is your favourite 1980's show? I love retro TV and finding new programmes of that era.

  • I like how the 1980s would occasionally throw up one-off 'Play for Today' things that would be memorable enough to lead to a series or sequel. I'm sure most people have n't even heard of this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRwg8YbbaTE - The Flipside of Domick Hyde- but it's a really sweet, romantic and gentle take on a sci-fi idea, quite poignant and a great snapshot of the early 1980s in a way that makes it a lovely time capsule. It had a sequel made two years later - Another Flip for Dominick.
