To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Messages not working

My messages aren't working and I know people have messaged and I'm trying to reply but so far nothings worked

Just want you to know I'm not being rude and ignoring. I've emailed the community manager so hoping they can help :o)

We are aware of a technical issue affecting log ins at the moment. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
