our son is 13 years old and has been presenting symptoms of AS since he was younger. We spoke to the gp and he offered to send a referral. Long story short; he forgot to send it and I’ve been chasing for the past 5 months until he sent it but he did it wrong… there is also a 2 year wait for referrals at our local centre. Luckily, the SENCO at my son’s school is incredibly helpful and she’s more than happy to help in any way she can with the referral. Is there a self-referral route? Thanks for your help in advance.
