Hints and tips
  • To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears

  • The best thing about this forum is when you read a post and you think, 'I could have written this' or 'so that explains it' as I find it very difficult to identify what's 'wrong' or how I'm feeling and something which explains anything that an ASD brain can't figure out is a positive.

    I've also just deleted a further 3 paragraphs as I'm making an effort to try and not  write so much in an effort to try to help me stop explaining myself so much - but I've just read some of the other posts with one saying 'you can be yourself' here, it's hard trying to be an in-betweener.
