and what you do to relieve that stress?
i am so stressed when im in a noisy room, because i feel like i want to hear all the conversation there. and what i do is using headphone.

i am so stressed when im in a noisy room, because i feel like i want to hear all the conversation there. and what i do is using headphone.
What stresses me:
waiting;
people not responding to communications such as phone messages and emails;
people standing too close to me in queues;
people brushing against me;
smelly people;
loud people;
people who are stroppy with me;
aggressive people;
unpredictable people (which is just about everyone);
too much pressure;
driving;
too much responsibility;
too much going on at once around me;
busy places;
keeping others waiting;
being confused by what people mean;
meltdowns of my youngest;
stress and rudeness of my eldest;
my belongings being touched;
my husband moving things from their proper place or putting them back in the wrong place;
my husband being all jolly and stupid;
problems coming up that I don't know what to do about;
people misinterpreting what I said/meant;
people having lots of expectations of me;
things going wrong;
...there are probably an endless amount, I wish I knew how to de-stress. I am too stressed and preoccupied to actually do the things that I know people do to destress.
