Interesting Unusual Items

What interesting and unusual items do you own? My Mum says I have a lot of interesting and unusual items.

I think specific she was meaning my collection of these:::

  • Old clocks.
  • Maps.
  • Ladies cigarette cases.
  • Vintage photographs.

I don't think they're unusual but I do agree they are interesting.

They are too me anyway.

  • Other things I collect as well as bricks: ammonites, old bottles, crystals (and I mean real minerals in their native crystal forms, not the pebbles labelled as crystals or those faked up by grinding massive substances with artificial crystal shapes), original art, books on a variety of mainly non-fiction subjects, crested china, model buses at 1:76, railwayana, bus stops, road signs. It sounds like a cluttered mess but it’s actually not at all, I’m obsessive over tidiness and order, patterns in shape and colour, beauty in display  and it all looks amazing. I’m fortunate to own my home and as it’s just me and the kitties the entire place is a canvass for my collections, I utterly love it here, as do the very few people I allow in here.
