Coping with stress

Ive been looking at different coping methods for stress. So far ive found music works the best. Songs lift my anxiety and I'm feeling better really fast. I play guitar and violin, find both soothing and helps with stress. Drawing helps 2 but not as much as music does.

If I watch a film that helps 2 but a lot of the issue is I find I can't do these until I get home. I can listen to music at break but then I've got to try and get through the rest of my classes without.

Lots of pressure from exams to do well.

Lots of pressure to fit in and look good.

I cant wait for June when I finish up for the last time wuuuu hooo.
