This bit of fun has turned into a nice group chat about everything, it’s so nice that we can just talk about our problems and respect each other.  We are self healing each other, often without realising it. Thank you all.

I searched desperately earlier and I did find a setting that selecting it meant I could receive messages from anyone, so I selected that. It had previously been on friends only. I don't know if that helps.

And don't listen to that tree, what would it know anyway

PS. I do wish you were able to decipher the the FR thing, P. I'm not exactly a technical person myself, so I understand completely. But it's lovely to have your company in any way.

I can only understand neurotypical people if they are pleasant to me. Otherwise, I'm lost and bewildered.

Oh yeah. My wife thinks that I would appear less weird if I had the confident not to mask with people.

If someone starts on a topic that interests me, then I will be extremely talkative. To the point where I follow people so I can keep talking. It's embarrassing to realise later that they were likely trying to get away from me.

I tend to prefer my own company. Without the confidence boost of an interesting topic, I feel very awkward. I think trying to hide that I'm different makes me appear weird in a different way.
