I can't believe I forgot to add crows to my list - I love crows
I love grizzly bears. Their outlook on life seems right to me. Eat all summer and sleep all winter. And they are so big and cuddly.
Also I like Guinea pigs which I suppose is a more realistic choice. They have tons of character and are endlessly amusing. They make cheerful little sounds and the odd one can be curiously intelligent. And Guinea pig babies are adorable.
Have you considered a suport dog now your situation has changed?
Chameleons and octopuses. their camouflage and communication abilities are kind of extraordinary - and octopuses are so intelligent. I love olphins too for their intelligence, echolocation skills and friendliness. And bats, because I'm blind and have learnt a very tiny bit of human echolocation, so they inspire me :)
Growing up from when i was only little, i always wanted a dog, but my Mum wouldn't let us have one. She said, it's not fair on the dog, we're all out at work or school all day, there's nobody to look after one. I use to tell her, that's not the real reason, the real reason is you hate them. Anyway after i got my own place i thought, i'm getting a dog, and i got a Dulux, a blg fluffy teddiebear. It wasn't long before i found, my Mum was right, i worked long hours, i was out from early morning until late some evenings, the dog was alone. It would have been cruel to lock him out all day, and perhaps even more cruel to lock him in the house. So Bengo had to go, i found him a new home. I'm retired now and i'd still love a dog, but i'm disabled, and i know i wouldn't be able to take him for walks and go running in the park.
He has another alias, Sir Stanley Woofington. He gets called Stanley more than Otis.
Aww he's lovely!
I like most animals. I have allergies and asthma so have to avoid the furry ones sadly but I would say despite that my fav is cats - they're soo cute and I love how they purrrr :)
This is my favourite animal, his name is Otis aka Snert. He has got me through some very dark days.
I adore all animals but my favourites are cats, dogs, octopuses, bats, moles, parrots, elephants, seahorses, dolphins and whales
Is that the one you used to sleep next to when a baby? Cradled in one arm with the dog in the other? Think you said something like that. Very sweet image.
Most furry animals that are generally considered cute, but particularly dogs. It probably stems from the fact that my one set of grandparents had a long-haired dachshund that I adored. He had such a calm temperament.
Birds, particularly robins.
I'm also fascinated with primates and would love to visit Trentham Monkey Forest one day.
