Saga Holidays discriminates

I am putting this under hobbies as I am prevented from carrying out my hobby of swimmig in the Medeteranian Sea.

SAGA has cancelled my holiday in CRETE and giving me a full refund.

Is that not DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION.?

Is SAGA breaking the Equallity Act?

She assured me that she was not discriminating against me because of my Asperger Syndrome.

SAGA HOLIDAYS have told me that I CANNOT come on a SAGA Holiday without my Mother or a friend.   It was because of the impression I made on the Danube Cruise.

She wanted a Doctors report that I am fit to travel.

I told her that ASPERGER SYNDROME IS a social disability not an Illness so there is no point asking my Doctor.

 

 

She said as there is only one rep per Hotel Saga cannot give me extra help so I cannot come on a SAGA Holiday on my own.

  • My last two holidays were Cruises One Amsterdam Secnod Danube both with my Mother.

    The Holiday cancelled by SAGA would have been to the Sea Side in CRETE GREECE by my self.

    When I wanted to cancel the Amsterdam Holiday last spring because it was cold they said they would not return my money and because i discovered it was via Euro Tunnel

    That was booked by my Mother so I checked it too late..

    The excuse they used was the impression I made on the Danube Cruise.

    SAGA also said that I have never been on a SAGA Holiday without my Mother so I must bring my Mother or a Friend.

    Yes I am thinking of going on another Sea Side Holiday with another company.
