Hi my name is Kay my son has just been diagnosed with autism. He has a limited speech and communication. This is all very new to me and feeling slightly overwhelmed. But thought I would come on here as wont feel like the only one

No-one's superhuman!  Ask any questions that you want - people will always try to be helpful.  How old is your son - how's he doing?
