Military Autism

I read on another forum, not Autism related. Someone on there posted they have Military Autism and he or she did mean they are Autistic. Is it called Military Autism as the person is extremely ordered and self disciplined? I wasn’t aware being in the Armed forces caused Autism?

There is no such thing as Military Autism. I'm inclined to think it was more a turn of phrase... That what they meant was that they consider themselves to be as ordered and self-disciplined as people in the military.

I did wonder that. It’s obviously just a phrase they’ve chosen to describe their Autism.
