I ordered lemon shower gel recently on my online shopping and it was substituted with Mango. When I started using it the smell made me think of eating/ drinking. I am used to lemon perfume in cleaning products but this didn't make me think of a cleansing product. Are there things other people think are not quite right?
When it comes to purchasing toiletries, I find myself drawn to fruity fragrances. If a lime-fragranced shower gel makes me think of something like a lime cheesecake, the only issue I have is that I then find myself craving lime cheesecake.
What I struggle with is limited edition novelty-flavoured crisps. During the run-up to Christmas, I spotted some Brussell Sprouts-flavoured crisps. Yuck!
Fruit teas seem wrong to me too. The first time I ever tried fruit tea, I made the mistake of adding milk.
Whoever thought of the idea of sprout-flavoured crisps is the embodiment of all that is evil about Marketing.
