Wee accidents

I have a 4 year old boy who won’t sit on the toilet for long enough to finish his wee’s, this results in sometimes 10 accidents a day and least 2 at night despite me waking him up to wee. Any advice would be helpful because my poor washing machine is on daily, Tonya x
