so got home headache feel more suicidal now and dk what to do can someone plz send me videos to help me relax and I feel more sick again . probably because of my exam tomorrow and um my other exams next week . dk what to do just need to relax plz can someone if they see this send me videos to help me relax it's literally freaking 18:00 now where I live

  • Just had issues with a college myself.  I don't know if I'm allowed to link videos here, but I love to watch Floppas (caracals), it's a bit 2020 I know but cat videos always calm me down, maybe it could help you.  I've felt incredibly suicidal in in the past and I will say that I still haven't found anything that helps when it gets really bad, it is really just about calming yourself down as you wrote in your post.  I try to identify things that calm me down, I love my cats, but they can be awfully stressful so sometimes watching a video can help scratch that itch without approaching the clawed things!

    Perhaps you could watch a video that makes you think?  Sometimes I find it easier to think about other things than to stop thinking at all.
