When the song was released, I don't think I paid much attention to the lyrics. I just knew that I liked the vocals and the music. At the time, it was one of those songs that seemed to stand out because it was so different from everything else that was in the popular music charts...the fusion of what could be described as classical music and club music.

You're welcome.  I'd only heard of them because the song featured in The Matrix Reloaded...and that was arguably the only memorable part of the film. 

Thank you for sharing that link. I had never previously heard of ES Posthumus. I think I will be having a listen to more of their music. 

Fantastic talent. Their music is quite cinematic, in a similar way to that of ES Posthumus (though of course the styles are extremely different):

I discovered them a few years ago, as a result of seeing them perform with Andre Rieu (DVD), and thought they were brilliant.

I tend to really like practically any popular song which features classical-type music (especially strings). There's something about classical music that moves me as much as any poignant lyrics.
