DuckDuckGo's own browser

Now trying out the new DuckDuckGo browser, to avoid the tracking; from Google, Facebook ET Al.

I remember studying Data Mining back 22 years ago. There was an application used, for that process, called Clementine. Which reminded me of the Mark Owen song with the same name.

  • It's a good option but nothing is every truly private on the internet most of the sites mentioned won't work properly if you go strong on privacy, catch 22 springs to mind. Edge is very good (better than it was) and whist it is chromium edge is strong on ad blocking and tracking protection. DuckDuckGo is a decent search engine with far more transparent results but isn't as feature rich as Google so as long as you're comfortable with that then grrrrreat. I wouldn't recommend Firefox just yet as its still playing catch up, its good but has allot of bugs. Brave is another decent browser but its hit and miss, far too many options lol

  • I use Brave on my MacBook, and Windows Laptop.
