Was just wondering if people have seen this update, considering the NAS campaign to support Gary?  Was going to post it on the NAS facebook page but it seems you can't!

Barack Obama said he would "respect" the legal process in the case of British computer hacker Gary McKinnon who is wanted in the US, signalling his government was prepared to soften its stance.

    the independant would rather have him convicted and extradited. I can understand Gary's curiousity - I would be curious myself, but I think I would know to step back if I was confronted by an offical-looking password request. It's a case of the Yanks being desperate to show that their legal system works (and probably to try and frame poor Gary as an attempted terrorist).
