I would ask social services for an assessment of need of your son, and yourself as his carer. You seem as if you would be high priority for this being a single parent without family support. Also, as your son is classed as special needs they may even class him as a child in need and his siblings also because of having a sibling with a disability, this would trigger eligibility for respite. There are also probably charities out there you can contact for help with respite, such as The Red Cross, Barnardo's etc. That way, you would get some break, or time with your son's siblings to do other things or they could get taken to the park or where they want to go by the worker. In the meantime, if you have a garden, perhaps if you could (if not already done so) make it as fun as possible for your other children and your son to play in, with as much climbing equipment and fun things as possible (you can get sports day sets to have races for instance) they may mind less not going to the park.
