Yester day i saw advent calendar in the shop and decorations 4 sale

N then i heard from mum family will b over for Christmas 2

Its all to much. At school there's gonna be secret santa which is v stressing 4 me. Then theres the busier shops n loudness bright lights. Wish i could just skip this season

I like the actual day at home quiet with mum dad n my sisters but the rest of it is way 2 much to cope n deal with

Plus i gotta get presents n i never know what to buy

  • I think the thing I find most challenging about this time of year is the huge increase in sensory overload. Everything seems busier, louder and brighter. Especially due to the Christmas lights that people leave on the strobe setting all throughout the night. I love the weather though, so that’s a bonus.
