Was there an issue with the online community pages yesterday?

After making a post about something I was struggling with, I couldn’t gain access to the forum. It’s rubbish timing really, as I made a post about something I was grappling with and could have used the support.

Was there an issue with the pages? I couldn’t load them on any device I tried. I also couldn’t see any information about its status anywhere.

My wife tweeted on my behalf and I sent an email, but haven’t had anything back yet (wouldn’t expect to in such a short time scale either- so no complaints there).

Just wondered if you all encountered the same or if anyone knew what happened.

  • Yes it went down just after 1pm and started working again around midnight. I think some posts may have disappeared. I received an email notification for a reply to a discussion I had just posted in. Now that reply has disappeared.

    I too got stuck in a loop checking and re-checking all afternoon. I do get stuck like that if I am interrupted in something I am doing and can't finish it. I call it autistic inertia.

    I could have used the support as well. I was in a post meltdown state of mental exhaustion and couldn't focus on anything else.

    It’s bizarre how this happens sometimes. I got really stuck too. I was in the run up to a potential meltdown, rather than post, but it was a tricky time. I hope you’re doing better today.
