Favourite songs?

Do you have any favourite songs?

I have to be in the right mood for music. With music there's so much going on like so much noise and so many instruments going on in the background I seem to notice everything in a song I think it's part of the ASD and how I over analyse this. Anyway lately I've been enjoying Fast Car by Tracy Chapman. I like her voice and the softness of the guitar. I heard it on YouTube and thought it was a nice song. Another song that's my current favourite is Visiting Hours by Ed Sheeran which is a sad song but it kind of helps me connect to my sister and that brings me a comfort in a way.

I like music it can be relaxing and help me remember things and people. I find my music and favourite songs change a lot.

  • I love German music, particularly a singer called Beatrice Egli, she looks so happy when she sings and her songs are very soothing to me

I also like the 80s singer Kirsty McColl, she has a song called "They dont know" and another one called "Terry". They are very soothing and remind me of listening to them with my gran

I also love Welcome to the black parade from My Chemical Romance, I love the line "Give a cheer for all the broken" makes so much sense to me

  • I used to play Kirsty McColl a lot too - I was so shocked and sad when she died in that tragic accident. I still think her song with the Pogues is the best Christmas song.
