What makes you happy?

For me it can be lots of things. Thinking of my Grampy can make me happy because it reminds me of all the fun we had. It can make me sad as well because he's passed away. Hearing happy songs always brightens up my mood, like a sudden boost hits me. Getting engrossed in my clocks makes me happy, I just get lost in that and I enjoy it more than anything else. And lastly my parents make me happy. We are and always have been close especially me and my mum.

Parents
  • Great discussion. I am sorry about your Grandpa, you obviously have really important memories of him.

    • Connecting with other autistic people makes me really happy and also watching videos from Aucademy- an autistic led education platform.
    • Spending time with my autistic friend also makes me really happy.
    • I also like spending time with family.
    • Stimming freely.
    • Helping others
    • Planning for my future

What’s your favourite stimmy song? I had never heard of horology before, is it the history and the aesthetics of the clocks that make you so happy?
