Catchy tune with a weird picture. I'd love to hear what YOU think of it,

I keep listening to this tune. It has got under my skin a bit!.

I'm curious how the other autists react to both the tune and the art. (Particualrly the posters I've come to know over the last year or so..)

  • Please type out the full text of the link  I'm not a "click-and-pray' type.  Thanks.

  • I cut'n'pasted the link from my search bar.

When I do this in other contexts it gives the full address but here there seems to be an obscuring mechanism.

FWIW I've tested that the link works as I expected it to.

You COULD do right click, then select "inspect" as I would do with any element I wasn't sure of...

That R.H.S. mouse button can be used to take a lot of the "mystery" out of windows..

Your caution is commendable, and FWIW, although you've elected to remain "anonymous", your previous posts have been so noticeable to me, that I actually recognise your number when it appears! For purely selfish reasosns I hope you stick around...

And the more sensitive reader may be able to notice how the tone of this post goes from "grumpy" to a little "warmer" as I consumed my first tea and smoke of the day whilst writing it...

  • The feeling is mutual, brother - there is strong evidence that we share huge commonalities.

Thank you for your kind words towards my writings - I will be sticking around.

In terms of the tune - "Fisher - Losing It" - watch?v=ogUYjxeGkl4 - I'll spend some time with it to properly  understand my feelings towards it.  First listening = I love the "clarion blasts", but generally don't think I'm going to be a fan.  I suspect it will prove insufficiently stochastic in its modulation / transposition for my taste and the prevalence of the snare was accentuating the 'drone' to me.  The visuals do nothing for / to me - and I'm confident that won't change with more exposure to them.

FYI - I have extremely broad "noise" / music proclivities depending on my mood.  Today, I've been enjoying Fiona Apple - don't judge me on that - yesterday it was Audioslave and then biurnal beats with theta waves - don't judge me on those either!

I'm a funny smell of temperature with visuals of white noise.  Its been niice to say, I Sperg.
