Crying do not know what to do can not pay bills on line as account is blocked for on line use bank and visa will not unblock it  bank says that it is visa and visa says it is not them but bank I am court between the too and I am on the verge of a meltdown because of the stress of it 

  • I would go to bank and ask to talk to manager, and tell him you want to close your account in his bank because you can't use online banking for some reason, and it's not your job to sort it, and that you intend to move to a different bank so you could pay your bills

  • Sorry to hear about this. It is so confusing when this stuff happens, feels like a hamster wheel that you cant get out of if that makes sense. I had something similar once and spent two days constantly on the phone trying to pay bills. 

    Is there anyone who can help you, a family member or anything? If not maybe call the Citizens Advice Bureau, they often are able to help with stuff like this especially if you tell them your autistic
