Check-List for each day - In future

1. Morning Prayers - before breakfast, or even looking at my phone.

2. Brush teeth, and take supplements. 

3. Computer/Writing tasks, whenever I don't have a Zoom commitment.

4. Watch an episode a day of the Season One DVD I have of the Blacklist; young man I text to Press Ganged me to watch it. 

5. Ensure I don't consume caffeine after taking my meds and before going to bed. 

  • Daily checklist is very important

    On my daily checklist you can find:

    1. Get up at least 2h before work, so I manage to eat second breakfast, going to work after eating granola only is bad idea.
    2. Don't lose track of time playing games, because eating second breakfast must happen.
    3. Make sure I've got all ingredients to make dinner. After I recovered from butnout I can't restore using my shopping list and I constantly forget it. And eating warm meal everyday is good for digestion.
    4. Check NAS forum for replies at least once a day agter dinner best
    5. Try to write a next page for my book, so I finish it before retirement Stuck out tongue
