My mental health and sons health

Hi,  I'm 40yrs old and my son who is 4 in September has been diagnosed with high sensory asd and at the moment he's been really angry with throwing heavy objects especially at my head without warning.  He has a younger brother who is 3 and he also gets the brunt of all the anger that's inside him. He just throws things hits bites,  kicks,  headbangs.  I've tried to get gp involved they won't prescribe any medication without pediatrics say so and he's been declined to see them. Health visitor hasn't done anything and I'm having a mental breakdown every day as he is destroying the house.  He does go to nursery but there off due to summer holidays.  Have also got some things coming from linkage to see if anything would help calm him down.  But me I'm crying, sweating, having panic attacks and doctors don't wanna know. Unsure if to go to a and e.  I need help but no one is willing to help me give me ideas,  I've tried distraction techniques but nothing works.  I'm at a complete loss from sarah

  • Maybe there is something extremely irritating him, he can't express himself, and perceives the situation like everybody just ignores that, some noise, smell, light, people nagging constantly, it depends on his sensory profile

There is few things/ situatuations, if they continued to persist it would eventually make me very angry, and then there is a line when anger becomes out of control, and it can go 2 ways: selfharm or harm to others. As kids we don't understand how we work or what's happening, nowadays I would prevent it, but as a kid I can imagine such a possibility

I did punch my eldest sister in her nose once, I was 10, she kept on scratching me, like I had bleeding wounds on my hands and face, it's her fighting style apparently, bloody tigress
