Whose a Home bird?

I found it hard when the lockdown ended as it was the perfect reason to stay at home. Now I am getting challenges of having to make decisions about going out.

I find the same, you're definitely not alone in feeling that.

Very much so! As soon as I even see the sign for my village I start to feel a warm glow beacuse i know im close to my home and my safe place. Some days I really dont want to leave it

I am glad I am not alone in thinking it. I agree with you that society does generally deem this as unacceptable and puts pressure on us to interact with them. I personally am happy with the idea of interacting with the outside world when required but I seem to want it more on my own terms these days. This has been problematic for me in terms of maintaining relationships with friends particularly. 

I would be even happier if I could hide my home underground so they were unable to find it, like Gummy Bears LOL

I say this all the time! I would be so happy hiding out at home if this was 'acceptable' 

Yep definitely is my safe place. I could quite easily hide away from the outside world if I was allowed to. 

It’s my escape. A refuge from the chaos of the world. A space that is for my family and myself, customised and designed around our patterns and preferences. A complete contrast to the space outside of it.

Yes and if I have been on holiday I look forward to coming home. 

I can relax and everything is familiar.

Definitely!! I can make my home what I want it to be, I can control the sounds, smells, temperature etc and it's filled with all the things I like.
