I remember that advert! Around the same time as the Gold Bar 'Workin' in a gold mine' ad I think. And the 'Rocky Robin' ad. Obviously advertisers had a penchant for repurposing old 60s/70s songs around then.
There used to be a 54321 biscuit, they used to advertise on tv using the 1960s tune "5-4-3-2-1" by Manfred Mann:

I don't know if the biscuits are still made.
I notice that "Club" biscuits are on there. When I was a kid, I was a bit of a practical joker, I sometimes used to unwrap a Club biscuit, eat it. Carefully put the foil back in the sleeve and put it back on the plate - practical joke sometimes worked.
Home made shortbread, just out of the oven - delicious!

It doesn’t matter what dietary changes I make.. if I have a biscuit, the whole pack goes too. I can’t and won’t regulate, it’s always acceptable to me to binge on them if I allow myself to have one :)
This thread is making me want to go buy shortbread! They’ve been added to the shopping list!
I think:
Here's mine.
You are right - I've just Googled the case online. One of the critical aspects of the argument was related to what happens when biscuits or cakes go stale. The court found, as anyone who has forgotten to put the lid on their biscuit tin properly will know, that when biscuits go stale they go softer. But when cakes go stale they go harder. The test was done, and when Jaffa cakes are left exposed to the air they get harder. So Jaffa cakes are definitely cakes and not biscuits. Apparently, they baked a huge Jaffa Cake which was submitted in evidence.
