Hi, I like listening to audiobooks and music during the night when I can’t sleep. My favourite thing at the moment is gardening, I can disappear into my greenhouse and not have to talk or listen to anyone. No sensory overload, just the sound of nature.
Hi Roy :) I listen to audiobooks as well I find them so soothing especially when I feel anxious. My dad likes to be out in the garden sometimes I go out with him he got me gloves so my hands don't get mucky. Nature is so peaceful I love it.

The audiobooks stop some of my anxiety as while I’m listening, I’m not thinking so much. Lucky enough to live in a small village, just got back from taking Otis the Jack Russell through the woods, peaceful and tranquil.

Audiobooks are great. I really enjoy them. Reading is fun but holding attention can be an issue for me to, I have this issue with movies to. Otis sounds adorable, it must be good for you going out with him as well. I'd like a dog but I'm allergic unfortunately.
