Hi this is my first time on this forum. I have a 12 year old son who is autistic. He is a lovely talkative boy (with me), he is going through puberty. His behaviour is very challenging and exhausting. Has anyone got any tips please.

Hi - welcome. Lots of understanding/advice here. 
Puberty can be such a difficult time. Could you tell us a bit more about your son so we've a better idea of the situation. Sounds like you've got your hands full.
