Loss of Confidant and routine

So I have in the space of two days gone from having someone who I confided in, on a daily basis, too having nothing.

I don't understand why, or if it was something I did or said!

It was part of a routine I got into to speak to them on a daily basis in the evening and we would talk for about 2 hours and I felt comfortable with them, they would help with any stresses I had and I would in return help them with any issues they were having.

I am a bit lost and spent the time yesterday staring at the ceiling not knowing what to do

  • It also turns out that getting back into shape is a LOT easier the second time around.

There's also a lot of scientific evidence that at least for muscle growth, it's easier to re-grow as the muscle fibers are already setup to grow at these locations (since they have grown there before) so they can just re-synthesize muscle fibers at these locations.

This has an evolutionary backing too. You can see why our ancestors would find this advantageous in famine / feast cycles.
