Loss of Confidant and routine

So I have in the space of two days gone from having someone who I confided in, on a daily basis, too having nothing.

I don't understand why, or if it was something I did or said!

It was part of a routine I got into to speak to them on a daily basis in the evening and we would talk for about 2 hours and I felt comfortable with them, they would help with any stresses I had and I would in return help them with any issues they were having.

I am a bit lost and spent the time yesterday staring at the ceiling not knowing what to do

  • It can be a horrible situation to find oneself in and confusing for autistic people like ourselves. If we have grown accustomed to having someone in our life that we feel we can regularly confide in, and then it suddenly grinds to a halt without any warning, it can automatically cause us to question if we are somehow at fault. It's a situation I have found myself in on numerous occasions, so I can relate.
