HTTP Error 400 - Syntax Error or Hacking Attempt?

I registered with Dobbie's Garden Centre online; whenever the URL upon login was broken - HTTP Error 400.

Is it a genuine syntax error from the developers? Or have they been hacked?

I did create a Security Generated Password on Firefox - and pasted the password to Brave.

  • I've had a similar issue before, and it turned out to be a syntax error on the website’s end. It might be worth clearing your browser cache or trying a different device to see if it helps. I once faced a 400 error while logging into an account and, after some trial and error, realized it was due to the site having a minor bug.

Using a security-generated password is smart, but make sure there’s no extra space when pasting it. As for hacking concerns, it's good to be cautious. From what I've read about malware persistence, the key is to always stay updated on security practices.
