Hi everyone on the forum (l’m new here and l’ve recently have been diagnosed with Autism). Is there anybody that has experiences of being a carer and having autism? How did you find it ? ... and are there any avenues for help if you are struggling with being a carer for a family member on top of coping with your own challenges on a daily basis?
