How do you message a mod?

Hi Eterna, I hope you've been well. As Moderators I'm afraid we can't accept private messages. Is it a question that the online community could help with? Or a post that you would like to report? I have referred to this on my notes and one of my colleagues or the Community Manager will be able to support.

I don't think it's something the community can help with it's a message friend request I got wich was rude and abusive. I don't know how to report it though.
