So I sign up to the website, I get a permanent ban for saying hello.. my email gets ignored when I ask why.!.  It’s a forum for mental health.. you ignoring me and banning me for no reason is cruel.. you doing this to me had a knock on effect.. I came to the forum for support. Instead I’m fixated on this hate.

I literally wrote a post saying hello. It’s been a week

    sorry couldn’t resist! But that does seem a strange reason to ban you, especially not to tell you what you did wrong as well. Maybe they’re super strict about where certain types of threads are posted? I’ve heard of the forum but I’ve only looked a couple of times, I’m not familiar with their rules
