I do too. This is the curse of being the one on the fringes. Orbiting big groups of people who are willing but not always enthusiastic about including you. You're never among the friendships they put effort into holding onto. And as the group starts to drift and split the more effort you put in to maintaining those connections to compensate, well sometimes they come to resent it. But you still loose you friends either way so what do you have to loose.
