My autistic passion is autism. I love everything about autism and neurodiversity. I also have an interest in communication too.
What specifically do you love about researching autism?

Actions like tapping your feet or singing are also forms of stimming, it’s just that NT’s don’t refer to it that way.
yes i have heard of that. i have suffered from trauma in the past however but yes whilst i share some of the BPD traits, i don't think i have BPD
that's true yes- i just only really recognise it in NDs and it's not very spoken about amongst NTs
In case you didn’t already know, it is very common for late diagnosed autistic women to be misdiagnosed with BPD first. The presentation can be misinterpreted but the signs of BPD usually result from trauma.
I am also very passionate about neurodiversity. In my opinion, I think it would be boring to be neurotypical as being autistic makes you think and feel with so much more depth and intensity.
In terms of stimming, all neurotypes stim. The only reason why it is stigmatised regarding neurodivergent people is that we as a population need to stim more (sometimes more obviously) in order to regulate our nervous system and communicate.
i guess it's the fact that we think differently and like i'm very passionate about the fact that neurodiversity is not wrong, only considered a "disorder" hence autism spectrum disorder because of today's society.
i also am very interested in stimming. i never realised how often i stimmed until i realised i had ASD which i would've never guessed until a MH professional told me. i'm not going to lie- i thought i had BPD
