Peer relationship or Adminstration relationship world, times are changing, in the era's gone by when human worked with human as true peer relationship(love) as a matter of survival.
Then, once the mind give humans idea's the resources became more and there was an excess food and product supply which could be stored, a trusted voted(democracy & leader) person held the store and give this excess out to the weak, old and needy(welfare), this welfare resulted in an adminstration relationship(concept of proxy third party concept which holds no direct risk) with a peer to peer relationship network, however as the tribes numbers increased the adminstration became bigger and a council was formed, leader was needed voted by democracy. This is were the system became corrupted, leaders claimed the right by birth and blood from past leader lines (concept of kings, thrones, crown formation).
These kings, thrones, crowns make a new thing called wars(men hunting men, instead of animals), all these adminstration systems fought over the new excess so they could hold it as further influence(the concept of rich, influence and political control of resources via force and enforcement(law)).
The corrupted adminstration got bigger and bigger with each war, the general population did not have peer to peer relationships, due to the history war.(concept of hate, evolves). The bigger adminstration forms the population into herds, like animals and instructs them what to do(concept of slaves and war slaves). This system of adminstration forms into a peer and peer RICH relationship circle(the concept of elite).
The elites peer to peer system relationship of rich(thieved from the whole) is a circle of corrupt interest of the peer to peer relationship of humanity. It holds the general population which brings the resources to the table in an adminstration relationship lock.
So what is a peer to peer relationship ? you may ask..., simple, there is no title, rank, high social status, fame, extra resources, force, enforcement. Just ask a pyramid builder 
, the project is the cause if you are interested, if not so what sit brother and enjoy the sun. It is were people live in forum world were living energy is concentrated on the final outcome from all, to make live better. A sort of living tree with the branches, leaves, roots being one singularity.
This way is returning to world, the way it was before, boardrooms, riches, titles, ranks, laws etc will become a thing of past, when people realise they are but one singularity and can solve any issue or problem on mass concentration. People power without power, just working towards the greater good for the public good in a private way.
Take anything, say autism,, if someone put up an issue here right now, under peer to peer relationship world, (nas is adminstration world), the problem could be solved easily if EVERYONE saw the peer as there peer, I see you you see me relationship, the blind would see the blind. Just so you know, there is enough resources in the world and more, the UK and America reached a supply economy post W2 and had to ship it away to Asia because it was too successful and show the peers there is "NO" struggle to meet needs. If you think about this,, 6 Million UK men fought directly in W2 and 460,000 women in the military and over 6.5 million in civilian war factories. So that is 12.5 million people out of 46 million(1939) population keeping the country in FULL PRODUCTION war machinery, feeding and running the nation. See how peer relationship run under adminstration can work on output, imagine without the centralised corrupt adminstration system, assistance just goes to were it is needed FULL STOP !
Adminstration democracy .., A vote to give away a vote so someone else can vote ? sounds a dumb democracy ? Voting on voting changed nothing.
With peer to peer democracy there is no vote, you just do it or not.
Nasa have started experimenting with this peer to peer relationship concept, asking people to do online mapping of Mars and Wikipedia was formed from this concept too.
Basically in peer to peer living models there is no centre or central return flow of wealth to an interest political circle to steal resources which puts them in the wrong place as we all know,, POVERTY, WAR AND FAMINE.
PEER TO PEER EMPOWERMENT IS SELF LIFE CONTROL AND CHANGES THINGS ON THE GROUND.
There is no such thing as work or unemployment with peer to peer living relationships. Even amazon tribes do this, when hunting or building huts are we any different ?
