Autism and environmental influence

With autism, is it normal to feel upset if your beliefs don’t fit your environment or feel insecure about your beliefs? I don’t know what to do there’s this one situation where everyone’s beliefs are different to mine and it’s making me stressed because of my autism.

  • When other's beliefs can affect the justice system, then yes, I feel a sense of injustice. When another's beliefs presume I should have little to no protection, or be stripped of rights, or justify them treating me in a hypocritical manner, then same. It depends on what someone believes, how that influences their actions, rights, the impact and responsibilities. I would go further and work out what beliefs are at war with yours and why. It can take some time, but I think it's worth it.
