Yes. Sometimes nothing seems it can be enough- ever. The dissatisfaction seems so symptomatic of depression that I feel that I need to tell myself: ‘You, human, yes you, you are sick. That is what is happening. As you feel the struggle be as kind to yourself as if you were in the same room as a sick person. What would I say to a sick person about this issue? Do the tiniest amount. I am here for you. I would encourage them because they are sick. I would try to get as much help as possible for them. I would lighten their load any way I could’
